Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to all new and existing Principal and Supplementary PB Credit and Debit Cardmembers residing in Malaysia, inclusive of employees of PB and PB’s advertising agencies.
2. The Promotion is valid from 1 April to 30 April 2009 (30 days) (the “Promotion Period”) at participating F&B outlets at the Curve.
3. Cardmembers are required to present their PB Credit/ Debit Cards upon ordering and payment must be charged to their PB Credit/ Debit Cards.
4. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever, resulting from or in connection with this promotion.
5. The Bank reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute the advertised offers with offers of equivalent retail value without prior notice, if the offers as advertised are not
available for any reason whatsoever.
6. The Bank will not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts in respect of the promotion offered and/or publishes in any mass media, marketing or advertising material.
7. The Bank disclaims any liability, obligation or duty relating to the promotion. The Bank makes no representation in respect of the gift, in particular their quality and suitability for use.
8. The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this program without prior notice.
