Year End Dinner at Starview Restaurant

Happy Chinese New Year and Gong Xi Fa Cai !!!

My department organized the Year End Dinner at Starview Restaurant in the New World Park, Penang. In Starview, they cater for wedding package, steamboat, 8-course meal and ala carte.

Here we share with our readers some of dishes we dine at Starview Restaurant:


We started off with instant Lou Sang bought from outside cause Starview will only offers Good Luck Yu Sang dish on the 23 January 2009 onwards.


Golden Suckling Piglet

Braised Sliced Abalone Shell with Sea Cucumber

Nestum Prawn

Steamed Fish "Hong Kong" Style

Fried Rice in "XO" Sauce

Overall the food is delicious but the portion is a bit small for big eaters. Environment and the service is good too. A recommended place for Chinese food lovers.

    I quite agree that the food portions were rather small. they used to serve large ones previously.
