Due to the current economy downturn, companies are taking measures like force leave, VSS, layoff and etc. We won't know when will be the last time we can have dinner together as colleagues. Me and a colleague decided to organized a dinner at Dragon-i to 'celebrate' our survival from the company second layoff.
The chefs posting for photo taking. The open kitchen enables the guests and shoppers to see the actual food preparation process.

Uhm...Dragon-i in KL(at 1 Utama) was not that good. Hope the one in Penang is better than the one in KL.
In Penang some dish are good, and some are just acceptable.
Any other dish recommeded in dragon-i? :)
Salted Shrimp with Salted Egg Yolk is my favourite dish in Dragon-I :D
Wah! That's a lot of food you have ordered. How many persons attended the dinner? I also saw a few dishes in there being a bit overpriced. I guessed it's due to the high rental cost. Normally I get fried rice at RM10 or less in restaurants within mall. RM16 is a bit too much unless the amount is enough for two pax or more.

9 persons attended the dinner that how we get to try out many food there. The fried rice is the most over priced to me, a small portion for 1 pax.
Here are my reviews:
- Location: grade = 60/100, elevated and looking out to the bay, the view is good.
- Food: grade = 50/100, the food is so so compared to China Towns in NY or SF.
- Service: grade = 30/100. Staffs are unfriendly, have to wait about 45 minutes for my noodle!!! Perhaps too many customers already so they don’t care!
For such a restaurant and expensive food, not any napkin is provided! Have to pay 1 RM for a tiny napkin, and another 2 RM for some peanuts while waiting 45 minutes for my noodle. Besides that, 10% service fee and 5% tax for unfriendly staffs.
