Bangsar Village is playing host to the Malaysia’s Biggest Breakfast fund raising event to raise funds for the National Stroke Association of Malaysia (NASAM) on 31 October and 1 November 2009. The event is a collaborative effort by all F&B outlets in Bangsar Village and Bangsar Village II, where each restaurant will be offering special breakfast sets to customers who walk-in between 10am to 11.30am during those two days. All you need to do is to just donate a minimum of RM15 to NASAM.
The breakfast sets are fully sponsored by the respective outlets and all proceeds collected from this event will go towards the National Stroke Association of Malaysia (NASAM), which runs and operates eight therapy centers for stroke survivors. The centres are located in Petaling Jaya, Ampang, Penang, Ipoh, Malacca, Johor Bahru, Kuantan and Kota Kinabalu.
The F&B outlets participating in this worthy cause are the following:
Bangsar Village I
- Basil Thai Nudle House, Bisou Bake Shop, Chatterbox HK**, Country Farm Organics, D’lish, Expressamente Illy, Fish & Co., Hiestand, Marco’s Pizza, Mizu, Nando’s, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks Coffee, The Daily Grind and Theobroma Chocolate Lounge.
Bangsar Village II
- Banquet, Delicious, Fit for 2 Studio & Cafe, Marmalade, Reunion**, Sakae Sushi, San Terri Cottage, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf,
** non-halal restaurant
The breakfast sets are limited and will be served on a first come first served basis, so donors who would like to dine at a particular restaurant are advised to pick their restaurants in advance and be on time.
